Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.

Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

No.of years Experience: 2 years minimum with research verticals of International Property Consultant or with data analytic groups like D&B.

Education Background: Masters in Economics/Statistics/Real Estate Finance/Planning (infrastructure) or allied courses

Job Description:

- The candidate shall be responsible for collation, analysis and presentation of real estate data which shall be used by various business lines for servicing the clients.

- The candidate shall also be responsible to structure, compose and release white papers/research reports on periodic basis for various real estate asset classes across micro-markets.

- The candidate shall also be responsible for the compilation of various news articles for the newsletter to be under circulation.

The candidate in this position shall also help in database management, working along with the IT team to develop effective data interface and also enable online data collation.
