FC Realty is an end-to-end Real Estate advisory company with a pan-India presence across 23 key cities and a 300+ team of experienced professionals.

It is a 100% subsidiary of HDFC Limited - one of India's reputed financial institutions with a presence in banking, life & general insurance, asset management, venture capital and loans, and is headquartered out of Mumbai, India.

We are looking at AGM - Accounts & Operations position based in Mumbai. Brief on the role.

- Develop a general, administrative, accounting, and finance budget in response to the Company's business plan.

- Monitor each business unit and the overall Company performance against the budget.

- Ensure preparation of a set of accurate and timely monthly management reports. Management reports are to contain:

a) A Dashboard of important metrics and variances

b) Monthly in-house prepared financial statements for each business unit.

c) Cash flow projection - Prepare, review and interpret management reports, financial statements, and operations; provide explanations of variances; and identify trends which will facilitate better management decision making and enhance profitability.

- Oversee day to day operations of the accounting department, primarily as it pertains to accounts receivables, accounts payables, and cash flow at the regional and corporate level

- Monitor all general and administrative expenses in line with the budget.

- Manage long and short term cash position of all business units on a monthly basis. Identify cash requirements early and bring projected cash needs to the attention of the CEO.

- Supervise department staff. Manage the division of responsibilities, staff needs, and coordination with other departments.

- Review the compilation of information required to prepare tax returns. Direct and manage the internal and statutory audits

- Analyze the company's equity position, use of equity, capital needs etc

- Oversee all property management functions (budgets, capital expenditures, repairs, rents etc.

- Assume a lead role in exploring and implementing means of managing and improving the financial performance of the company as well as oversee internal accounting controls, all areas of receivables management, and other business office systems and procedures to achieve efficiencies throughout

Job Qualifications: -

- Hands-on Finance Individual with a minimum of 10+ years experience in real estate domain - CA or MBA required.

- Extensive knowledge of business process and information flow. Strong analytical, multi-tasking, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business stakeholders to build trust, and to interact successfully with peers. Advanced MS Office
