The incumbent would focus on -
- Managing Commercial office space leasing/ outright transaction and Retail transactions.
- Maintains regional and enterprise wide market intelligence in order to capitalize on market opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and business initiatives.
- Strategize region wise business plans in line with the organization goals
- Handholding team in high ticket transaction
- Monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations
Developing relationships with Builders and brokers to ensure tap supply.
- Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day today activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.
- Monitoring collections of brokerage income
- Monitoring region wise performance and providing regular guidance and training to the team
- Manages relations with the Marketing team to ensure enough leads, generates own leads through the team & also ensures leads through references
Job specification:
Candidates from real estate broking companies would be preferred having experience in office space leasing/ outright transaction.
Candidates should have real estate knowledge of multiple cities
Qualification: MBA
Years of experience: 10+ years of experience
