HDFC Life - Senior Manager - Analytics & Modeling

Purpose: To provide analytics support for internal stakeholders in HDFC Life

Responsibilities:

- Creating an Analytics culture in the Organisation by conceptualizing and driving Analytics based cross-functional projects having impact on Strategic Initiatives- drive a culture of decision making based on analytics

- Identify and sensitize need for analytics function in the organization

- Aid business planning and strategic decision making using analytics insights

- Driving Campaigns in order to optimize ROI as measured by business generated and enhanced level of Customer engagement

- Deliver quality data within TAT to the end department

- Develop and improvise on the Business Intelligence Data mart to facilitate fast and high-end Analytics & Modeling. Help Organisational Data warehousing.

- Development of Life Insurance Industry Best Practices Analytical Methods

- Presentations to Senior Management, as well as driving implementation of insights

- Support strategic and other organizational Initiatives

- Lead / consult on strategic initiatives launched by organization

- Consult on and maintain customer centricity in all projects

Team management:

- Develop a high performing team through right job allocation, recruitment, team building, motivation and skill building

- Provide direction and support to the Analytics team to ensure quality and timely delivery of deliverables.
