HDFC Bank - Relationship Manager - Banker to Issue Portfolio

Responsible for the Banker to the Issue portfolio

Acquisition of new mandates, IPOs, Public Debt Issues, Rights Issues and M&A deals

Coordinating with Primary market brokers to ensure that applications are routed through HDFC Bank

Identifying NTB Relationships & revenue increasing opportunity: Cross-sell of products like CMS, FX, POS, PG, salary accounts, FDs etc.

Product Management: Working with BTG and WBO to ensure product enhancements and digitisation of the application process

Credit Management, Compliance & Housekeeping: Includes preparation of CAMs, MIS, cost reports, presentations etc.

Effective client management and resolution of customer queries/ complaints

Required profile:

Should have minimum 2 year in banking

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills

Basic knowledge of Bank's various products like CMS,ENET, TF/ Fx

Basic credit & analytical skills in asset products

Should be target oriented and willing to take responsibilities.

MBA / PG ( Management/ Banking) preferred
