This position is responsible for formulating a Mobile Innovation roadmap, developing a plan and executing it for a leading private sector bank.   Key Responsibilities:  - Mobile Innovation Road Map: Strategy Development. Formalisation of a Plan and execution. Benchmarking, Strategizing for market domination  - Close Integration with other digital platforms: Work out synergy with other digital and customer facing channels   - Exploring, Innovating and Introducing Mobile Payment technologies   - Mobile and other Digital Devices based services: Work out innovative ways of delivering products, services and payment services on mobile/digital devices platform  - Exploring, Innovating and Introducing Mobile Payment technologies to drive customer adoption of mobile as a preferred payment channels and establish HDFC bank as a leader in this space.  - Research both the market and customer needs  - Evangelize a new initiatives   - Measure and report ROI  - Develop a strategy and plan  - Lead & execute a formalized plan   - Ensure project meets objectives  Essential Requirements:  - MBA from premier institute with specialisation in Systems, Operations or General Management  - 5-8 years of relevant experience.
