Hands on experience and requirement gathering and translating into requirement document.  Ensure that requirements are captured "First time right" from the user and translated into cost effective TO-BE processes by reducing process redundancies and deficiencies.  Review understanding document and functional specification document and provide feedback to vendors.  Prepare test plans and scenarios to ensure complete systems functionality is tested.  Functional testing and regression during UAT.  Ensure UATs are conducted in a through manner and the same translates to quality deliverable.  Document the test data along with the test results to ensure resolution of the error and its impact on any other related functionality.  Bug tracking and resolution within timeline.  Obtain requisite sign-offs from audit/user/technology for the change/patch/bug fix to be moved to production.  Ensuring necessary system are laid down to ensure zero defects roll outs.  Provide resolution /workarounds to user teams to implement periodic changes recommended by RBI.  Project life cycle activities from concept, product UAT, implementing by facilitating tracking, coordinating and reporting project activities to meet business deadline and complying to IT governance policies and processes.  Required profile :  Domain knowledge of RBI-ADF or RBI-RBS (Risk based supervision)  Hands on knowledge SQL/Excel  Experience in testing, back end validation and reconciliation techniques  Knowledge of SDLC and project management.  Excellent written & verbal communication skills to articulate complex processes.
