Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

Requirement analysis and design :

- Responsible for Functional Requirements Specification, Operations Process Design of Business user requirements.

- Ensure that Requirements are captured First Time Right from the user and translated into cost effective, efficient to be processes by reducing process redundancies and deficiencies.

Delivery Certification & Quality Management :

- Ensure UAT's are conducted in a through manner and the same translates to quality deliverable.

- Prepare test plans to ensure complete system functionality is tested. Prepare test plan to consider all business scenarios to be tested.

- Document the test data along with the test results to ensure resolution of the error and its impact on any other related functionality.

- Intimate all concerned about the testing results. Obtain the requisite sign-offs from audit/user/technology for the change/patch/bug fix to be moved to production Also ensuring necessary system / operational controls are laid down in order to ensure zero defect roll outs.

- Interaction with TSG, Vendor, Business, BPRG project resources for day to day operations

- Work closely with the various teams to ensure deliverable are on track.

- Progress Reporting

- Monitor the project for task / schedule slippages. Report to the project manager any potential slippage in tasks for suitable action. Prepare project MIS to track, report and monitor the project.

Requirement :

- Type / Approximate length of relevant work experience required to commence job

- More than 5 years relevant work experience.

- Professional Qualification / Training required

- Graduate / Post Graduate

- Distinctive competencies / Special Skills needed

- Domain knowledge of SAP ARIBA, Oracle Financials

- Mandatory Knowledge of Procurement processes i.e managed systems or has worked in procurement's department

- Knowledge of the entire settlement process will be an added advantage.

- Functional knowledge of various business processes and process re engineering techniques

- Through knowledge of SDLC and Project management.

- Analytical & Testing Skills
