Responsible for ensuring compliance to - Proposal making process-   b. Tracking and reporting proposal progress  c. Responsible for quality of proposals and ensuring the sign off on outgoing proposals  2. Customer visit management  3. Account Mapping and Mining  4. Prepare and send information, marketing material / collateral, RFI responses and correspondence to sales and / or prospective customers   5. Enhance reusability and standardization to reduce cycle time   a. Own and maintain repository of responses  b. Collateral management  6. Coordination with functional and delivery teams internally within organization for any of the above  In general, Roles & Responsibilities of Business Development Support Team is to manage responsibility within an organization to translate the opportunities into business transformation, growth and profitability with demonstrated skills in presales and marketing, client relationship and business development  Expertise and Knowledge required:   BE or MBA or BCA or MCA with:  1. Exposure to PLM projects and services  2. Excellent communication skills in English  3. Experience in Bid Management also experience in working on large bids involving multi services and/or integrated BE or MBA or BCA or MCA with - service delivery  a. Exposure to RFP / RFQ / RFI response management and technical presentations  4. Exposure to client management, project management & team management   5. Exposure to working on global assignments  6. Exposure to Industry analysis, market research and support to implement strategic go-to-market decisions will be an added advantage
