Candidate will spear head the HR for the the set of schools run for rural children in Bulandshehar and Sitapur.

Candidate will be responsible for induction, employee grievance, employee engagement, counselling, performance appraisal.

Looking for a person who would like to be associated with the social sector and manage the HR function

Excellent communication skills

Open to travel to the 2 campuses with base location as Noida

Salary range - 5-7 LPA
