Roles & Responsibilities :  - Sourcing profiles from job portals, references.  - Interviewing the candidates for the first level   - Short listing candidates and conducting interviews  - Coordinating with various stake holders for conducting / scheduling of interviews  - Handling the documentation process during recruitment  - Handling end to end recruitment for PAN India  - Maintaining and updating of Recruitment Trackers & Dashboard  - Responsible for individual as well as team targets.  - Responsible for recruitment as per the targets assigned in a month  - Will be involved in team handling  - Turn- around time should be strictly adhered.  - Ensure to get a feedback from the customer regarding the candidates.  - Team Retention & motivation  - Regular analysis on the performance of team members and sharing the feedback.  - Responsible for Career Planning and training and development of team members  - Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals  Qualification : MBA - HR  Skills : Knowledge of MS Office
