We are currently hiring for the position of Product Manager - Mobility for Enterprise Distribution business of HCL Infosystems Ltd.   Education & Qualification criteria:   BE/ B. Tech + MBA from a premier institute   Experience : 2-5 years  Role Objective:   The incumbent will be responsible for driving the profitability for a category of products. The opportunity provides you exposure to a vibrant business environment and opportunity to work with industry leaders.  Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:  Strategic:  To lead a category of products to deliver consistent profitability and growth  Create GTM strategy, partnerships and alliances to enhance product offerings.  Act as a SPOC for Partners & vendors and negotiating with them for better prices or schemes.  Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.  Defining product strategy and product positioning.  Establishing product pricing and estimation.  Responsible for identification of new product lines within their portfolios.  Operational:  Responsible for training regional/field sales team on product line.  Driving Channel marketing activities to enhance product penetration.  Effective and efficient use of various mediums for category expansion.  Responsible for inventory planning & management.  Responsible for all aspects of operations including raising invoices to customers and accrue revenue.  Maintain vendor rebates.  Manage development of marketing programs, including advertising, channel and promotions.  Coordinate with GTM team and cross functional teams to achieve targets.  Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):   Techno-functional:  Excellent Understanding of the product portfolio  Excellent understanding of partner ecosystem  Strong Business Acumen   Behavioral:  Strong Communication & presentation skills  Strong customer orientation   Collaborative working  Execution Excellence  Company  Meet HCL Infosystems Ltd.  HCL Infosystems is one of India's premier IT Services, Distribution and Digital Solutions Company, enabling organizations attain and sustain competitive advantage by leveraging Information and Communication Technologies.
