JD:  - Supervise the Accounting & Finance Department.  - Control the Procurement Process of Opex as well as Capex   - Responsible for the preparation, analysis and transmission of a variety of divisional finance reports   - Work in conjunction with HoD on forecasting & variance analysis  - Oversee all completion of Financial Statements  - Work with external Auditors on year end statements  - Oversee A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, customer account reconciliations, customer margin balances and maintenance and all other functions of the operations and accounting department.  - Implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and internal controls.  - Prepare reports and analyses of income, expenses, assets, liabilities and cash flows on a monthly/ quarterly/ annual/ periodic basis .  - Supervise the payroll and benefits.  Skills & Requirements:  - 15+ years of finance/accounting experience at a healthcare industry   - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, audit, metrics  - Experience of working in complex and fast paced environments.  - CA / MBA / PG in Financial Management from a reputed organization  - Prior Experience of working on SAP / Peoplesoft / Any other similar ERP would be an added advantage
