We are looking for Sales/Business Development Lead for our Edtech Product. Who can create a sales force, develop sales strategies for the company, design entire sales process. Understands the sales cycle thoroughly. Is passionate to work for a start up and be part of the core team.
Job Description :
- Designing the sales strategy for the product
- Developing a comprehensive revenue plan with targets for the company
- Designing the sales process of the company with key metrics and reports
- Developing sales presentation and marketing collateral for targeting clients
- Make a cost/value benefit case for the client
- Explaining the product and services portfolio, the value proposition and benefits to clients
- Closing the deal and getting the product/service agreement signed with prospective clients
- Strategic Alliances and partnerships with high value stakeholder
- Lead generation of prospective clients
- Converting the prospects into paying customers and manage on boarding operations
- Single point of contact for the clients
- Facilitating the services and product deployment for clients
- Manage the portfolio of clients in terms of issue resolution and service support
- Hiring and training the sales team.
- Keeping track of sales team performance
- Motivating and Inspiring the team
Experience: 3-6 Years
Education: BBA, MBA,Any. We value your skill and experience more than your education
Domain Experience: Education, EdTech, Elearning, IT Product sales
