Haptik is currently looking out for someone to manage monetization and advertising operations to be a very important person in Haptik's growth story. An ideal candidate will be someone who is highly data driven and understands the consumer and advertising pretty well. This position reports to the AVP, Monetization working closely with the CEO. Responsibilities: - Will own key monetization metrics across the company such as ARPU, CPM, etc. working between product and sales teams. - Manage planning & execution of advertising campaigns and delivery. - Collaborate with Haptik distribution partners to implement the right monetization strategy. - Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps. - Research areas for new technology development that will permit the capture of new markets and products. Work with Product Management and Development to provide solutions for new potential clients. - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and a positive reputation within the industry. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred - 2-4 years of experience in consumer internet, digital ad sales, or related field - Ideally worked across both product management and business development functions - Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills - Strong leader as well as excellent teamwork - Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced startup environment
