Brief Description about the role: Responsible to implement and operate campaign management solutions using UNICA EMM Suite to meet client business requirements. The role will cover campaign requirements gathering, data analysis and design, campaign development and performance tuning across various Unica modules.   Educational Qualifications: Graduation in B Tech/BE with minimum 6 to 8 years' experience in UNICA Campaign/Detect/UMO/eMessage/Interact etc. Sound knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL.   Skill sets:  - Strong competencies in one or more Unica modules - Campaign/Detect/Optimize/UMO/eMessage/Interact  - Expertise from both operations and implementation are desirable.   - Knowledge and aptitude for defining and operating on campaign processes.   - Strong relational database and SQL skills  - Team management and ability to interface directly with client.   - Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.  - UNICA professional certification desired (IBM Certified Specialist, etc.)  - Cognos reporting skills are desirable.  Core Competencies:  - A positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn is essential.  - Clear and thorough understanding about UNICA Architecture, Design and key functional concepts  - Experienced in designing offer templates, segments, treatments, rules, touch points and events  - Experienced in developing applications using UNICA API's to connect external applications as well as for customization  - Experienced in developing applications using SQL/PLSQL  Key Deliverable:  - Clarify and translate campaign briefs into detail campaign specifications for complex campaigns  - Assist and advise team members in creating different types of Unica campaigns  - Drive implementation and enhancement of Unica modules.  - Lead teams to deliver high quality throughput on campaigns.  - Work closely with the Data Architecture team to identify bottlenecks and develop a new approach to more efficient campaigns.  - Solicit requirements and business case validation from the business.  - Architect, design, develop and document solutions using UNICA modules and components.  - Provide estimates for design, coding, unit and integration testing efforts, and post-launch activities  - Work with the Campaign Manager to ensure all requirements, functional and non-functional, are met.
