The incumbent would be responsible for understanding the needs of the customers & prospects and developing the appropriate solution. This involves performing the necessary needs assessment and analyses to clearly define the business objectives and capabilities, as well as the supporting business case and technical solution.   - She/he would be responsible for transitioning the business requirements, technical footprint and integration requirements to the implementation team upon completion of the contract.   - Partner with the Account Executives during the sales process to assist in developing account strategies, planning and execution.   - Articulate the value of Hansa's solutions to customers, and help shape the evolution of the solutions by partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management, Development and Client Services.   - Deliver customer specific product demonstrations in support of the requirements and business cases of consumer marketing organizations.  Required Skills:   - Minimum of 5 years business experience with a strong experience in sales engineering, business consulting or enterprise architect role, preferably selling cloud solutions to consumer marketing organizations.   - Experience selling digital marketing solutions or Marketing Analytics solutions.   - Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills.   - Experience providing solutions to global enterprise level customers.   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   - Proven team player - knows how a great team functions and scales
