Hansa Cequity is looking at hiring Consultant - Marketing Analytics for one of the leading automotive client. A seasoned professional with about 5-7 years of work experience in diverse analytics and consulting role.

- 3 - 4 years of hands on experience in managing an analytics project

- Works independently to construct complex statistical models to forecast business performance; coaches others on model development.

- Use of analytics for problem discovery in the business areas and use of statistical tools and techniques to derive the solutions

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions to optimize business processes

- Review models on continuous basis; Ensure parameters that signify the health of these models are tested and defect free.

- Streamline and Automate existing processes, procedures, and toolsets

- Mentor and coach team members and build a high-performing team

- Knowledge of SQL, R, predictive analytics Data Modelling, Qlikview
