GVFL - Sr Associate/Associate - Private Equity/IB/Corporate Finance

Job Description:

- Candidates with around 5-7 years of experience in Private Equity/Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance & related fields having exposure in sectors like consumer, healthcare, education, technology, etc.

- Should be an MBA from premium institute preferably with BE/B.Tech background.

- Should have good quantitative skill, analytical capabilities, risk assessing capability, effective communication & interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Would be responsible for identifying deals, due diligence, appraisal, structuring & negotiating of deals.

- Would play a critical role in value addition and nurturing investee companies and monitoring exits
