Job Title: Sr. Brand Manager - Boost  Reports to: Marketing Manager - Boost  Department: Marketing   Location: Gurgaon, Haryana  JOB PURPOSE:   - Managing the business delivery including target achievement and P&L  - Stakeholder Management across Sales, Regulatory, Legal, R&D and Category teams to ensure brand priorities are delivered in complete alignment  - Work with the CMI team to brief, action and conduct researches in time to enable decision making on key brand issues  - Closely working with category team for NPD launches/product/claim news on the brand  Key Responsibilities:  - Strategy Implementation of all brand activities to deliver top line and bottom line through cross functional teams and agencies   - Contribute to the development, reinforcement, and implementation of long-term strategy and plans for the brand  - Help in the development and implementation of annual brand plans. Develop and implement effective & efficient consumer promotions to help achieve brand targets  Market activations : Carry out the regular activities around generating key reports on brand health, with particular focus on Marketing Expenditure  - Develop and implement effective direct consumer contact strategy and plan, evaluate and ensure implementation towards driving and strengthening the brand equity.  - Responsible for the development and implementation of Point of Sale strategy including close coordination of trade marketing activities with appropriate sales teams.  Accountability for Results :  - Develop sales and consumption forecast for the brands and monitor accuracy  - Evaluate and track brand performance against budget and communicate to key stake holders the progress  - Stakeholder Management: Responsible for coordinating & aligning senior stakeholders in Sales on ongoing business matters as well as for -  consumer promotions. Act as a brand interface with the supply chain.   Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills required   - MBA from premier business school, with total experience of 7 to 9 years and at least 1.5 years in Marketing   - Strong governance of process and projects  - Commercial acumen / negotiation skills  - Ability to work with ambiguity  - Experience of data backed decision making  - Ability to drive high work volume  - High level of interpersonal and communications skills
