The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding, measuring, testing and reporting on the fundamental success factors that drive our drive Marketing success in the EMEA region.  - The right candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical prowess, technical aptitude, and business savvy. Typical responsibilities include:  - Creation of dashboards and reports providing insight into business data. Aggregate, organize and visualize data to communicate effectively  - Design and delivery of advanced analytical models, such as clustering, segmentations or propensity models, to answer core business questions  - Synthesize data from a variety of databases and provide clear actionable recommendations to key business leads and leadership  - Work closely with data engineers and Senior Data Analysts to ensure the ongoing evolution and improvement of our data assets  - Develop ad-hoc analysis and reports  Basic :  - Experience in data modeling, statistical analysis or similar role  - Demonstrated success in ingesting, analysing, and presenting large data- sets  - Proven ability to perform data driven analyses including problem statement, data discovery, and result communication  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  - Experience with Microstrategy, Tableau, QlikView or any similar reporting tools  - Advanced SQL & Excel skills  - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously  Preferred :  - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering)  - Ability to use statistics using SAS, R, Matlab is a BIG bonus  - Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics etc.) is a plus
