Work Location- Gurgaon

Shifts- General- 8am-5pm/ 11.30am-8.30pm

Position Summary:

- Independently support multiple LoB's in strategic development and deployment of the Continuous Improvement program. Work closely with leadership to strengthen areas of engagement, leveraging and mentoring Black Belts in execution of initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Support the quality and process improvement program at GOSS

- 10 years+ of work experience with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in the off shoring industry (BPO/KPO/LPO)

- Six Sigma Black Belt certified (Mandatory)

- Should have been in a Black Belt role for at least 4-5 years minimum

- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas

- Find application opportunities for Six Sigma and Lean breakthrough strategy and tools, both internal and external

- Coach and mentor Black Belts on improvement initiatives, provide expertise in quantitative techniques, and ensure rigorous and timely completion of projects.

- Coach and train people on Six Sigma and Lean concepts

- Setup and refine metrics as an ongoing activity

- Experience in process redesign is desirable

Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma/LEAN, Black belt certification preferred.

- Prior experience in Black Belt coaching/mentoring

- Prior experience in developing Quality roadmap for multiple stakeholders/LoB's

- Expert knowledge of techniques, concepts, and tools of process improvement/redesign

- Proficient in quantitative six sigma tools such as Minitab, JMP, etc.

- Proficient in tools used in support of office and project management (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Awareness of geographical cultural issues

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrate the ability to facilitate, negotiate and influence when working with teams and projects as well as business decisions

- Strong business acumen with a focus on strategic analysis

- Excellent problem-solving skills, an investigative mentality, and a capacity for strategic and associative thinking

- Managing & Developing Black belts and Operations Managers/ leaders

Education and Relevant Experience:

- Degree level or equivalent in any stream

- Experience in Quality role - Black Belt Certified

- Experience in driving high impact projects through cross functional teams

- Experience in driving change management initiatives

- Open to working across multiple locations

- Open to working in flexible timings
