Position Title: Group Leader- Strategy

Department: Strategy

Reporting to: GCSO

Company Location: Gurgaon

Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech (Mech. / Electronics) full time.

M B.A (Operations/Finance/Marketing) (preferred).

Experience (in years): 8- 10 years experience in the relevant field

Nature of Experience:

1. Auto OEM and Components/assy

2. M&A-JV-TAA

3. Strategic planning and group level strategy function

Age (in years) : Less than 35 years of age

Role and Responsibilities :

1. M&A and JV/TA partner identification, exploration, recommendation

2. Valuation, project cost working, financial analysis of targets, partners

3. Project viability working and coordination

4. Visits and assessment of target partners, DD etc

5. Presentation for approval of the proposals for approval from BOD6.
