The Organisation is a Multi Billion Dollar Group diversified into Multiple Business Lines  The position reports to: General Manager - Group Finance and is based Dubai, UAE   The ideal person should be CA (1st Attempt) from a very Large Automotive/ Retail Group only with very good Finance Domain Knowledge.  He should have hands-on experience in interacting with the Senior and Top Management and key stakeholders.  He would be involved in the implementation of Group Level Financial IT initiatives in order to automate processes, improve timelines for reporting and to maximise the returns on IT investments.   He has to review and enforce implementation of key External and Internal Audit Recommendations involving Finance across AF companies to minimise exposure to financial risks and bring about process efficiencies.   Sound knowledge of various Financial Processes, Policies & Procedures, Planning and Analytical Skills, Effective Communication, Strong people and time management skills, Project Management skills: MS Office, ERP & Consolidation, Internal Audit.  He would assist the Group Financial Controller and General Manager in the drafting, review and updation of the Group Financial Policies & Procedures and monitor compliance   He should have prior SAP ERP implementation experience and sound working knowledge of SAP ERP and Consolidation system. SAP BPC experience is a must.  He should have minimum of 10 years experience with at least 3 yrs handling the similar responsibilities for a Large Automotive/ Retail Group only.  Please note the above compensation is completely Fixed component. In addition there would be normal Annual Benefits like Annual Tickets to Home country for self & family and Medical Insurance for self and family. The complete salary component is completely tax free
