To build the group business objectives by framing the IT policy, ensuring development of IT infrastructure and services.

Contribute to business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain company operations and competitiveness

Ensure timely installation and smooth rollout of the IT application in all new branches

Formulate and drive the annual business plan

Enable technology innovation, execution and cost optimisation

Experience: 15+years with last 4 years in Head IT/ Group CTO/ CIO role

Education: B.E / B.Tech

Functional Skills

- Knowledge of best practices in the BFSI domain

- Knowledge of best practices in Management Information Systems

- Knowledge of IT vendors and proven skills of large scale IT implementation

- Knowledge of Software coding platforms

- Knowledge of project management techniques
