Postion: Group Brand manager   Location: Gurgaon   Company: large FMCG firm   Key Responsibilities:   Managing multiple FMCG brands in the following areas   - Brand Profitability - Top-line & Bottom-line responsibility   - Brand Strategy - Development & execution of brand strategy, market prioritization, consumer/trade promos & other demand generation activities.  - Advertising & Media Strategy - Deciding the brand communication strategy & developing copy (rigorously consumer tested) across media (TV, outdoor, print, POS etc). Work closely with media planning team in devising the media plan & developing innovative media solutions.  - Brand Activation - Designing and implementing marketing programs, to generate demand and initiate trials in the new categories.  - Brand Innovation - Responsible for innovation on these brands, in terms of portfolio expansion. Identify and initiate new product / variant / packaging development opportunities.   - Market Research & Consumer Understanding - Analyzing brand performance through primary & secondary data sources.   - Digital Media initiatives - Lead the way in the use of digital media  Experience and Qualification   - MBA-Marketing from a a premier institute   - At least 4 years of experience across Sales and Marketing.with FMCG (batch of 2004)   Skills and Behavioral Attributes   - Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills   - Strong consumer understanding skills   - Advertising development and appreciation skills   - Flexibility, adaptability and able to think laterally in different environments   - Execute and operationalize a business strategy.   - Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels   - Strong project management and data interpretation/ analysis skills   - Ability to work effectively with teams   - Ability to cross-reference and benchmark   - Advanced usage of Power Point & Excel is a big plus   - Strong drive & ability to operate in a complex and rapidly changing dynamic environment
