Lead - Research Integrated Supply Chain  Gurgaon, India  Full-time :  The Research Integrated Supply Chain (RISC) team at Grey Orange is the key link between R&D Engineering team and the Production SCM Team. RISC specializes in ensuring that our products are scalable and profitable.   We understand :   - The product requirements,  - The Engineering/ Design aspects of it and   - The scalability, pricing targets of SCM team and optimize the processes, components and BOM for each Product to ensure a smooth handover from R&D to the production teams.   We want you to :  - Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.  - Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities  - Should be able to make quick decisions involving Make-in VS bought out for prototypes or parts to be developed with the vendor.   - Should have sound knowledge of vendor ecosystem across geographies such as Europe, China, USA and other regions.  - Should be able to religiously follow stringent timelines and maintain TAT.  - Hand on experience and knowledge of zero based costing method.  - Provides leadership and subject matter expertise to the internal team and vendors to ensure product design is manufacturer at production scale upon transfer.   - Communicates and works with internal team to schedule verification/validation lots and initial lots to stock.  - Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.  - Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.  We would like you to have :  - Versatile experience in Procurement (both import & domestic), in manufacturing field.  - Independently handling projects on Supply chain front will be an added advantage.  - Sound knowledge on Import documentation and custom clearances.  - Must have seen and handled entire product life cycle.  - Minimum 4 years of procurement and project management experience  - B Tech/M Tech from premier college will be preferred.
