HR Operations Executive  Job Description - HR Operations Executive   Roles & Responsibilities :  - Work as a part of the People Operations team to carry out HR Operations activities.   - Take ownership of HR data and analyse the same to derive meaningful insights which will drive decision making.  - Generate all kind of reports required by various stake holders and send them as per timelines.   - Ensure all documentation are done / issued as per timeline & on ad hoc basis & also ensure that proper file management system is maintained.  - Carry out an Internal HR Audit process to ensure employee documentation is complete in all respect.   - Execute transition changes, transfers and other letters required by employees   - Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements to HR process, HR Data Integrity and Knowledge Management.   - Be a driving force in implementing HRMS software for the organisation.   - Assess, develop, implement and evaluate ways of increasing efficiency across HR processes   - Support the team in implementing function HR plans and programs   - Manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the Ops coverage team  - Support the - year-end- process (Performance Evaluation, Compensation, and Promotion)   Qualifications required :   - 2-5 years of work experience in HR Operations/generalist function   Computer Literacy : Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) is preferred and ability to analyse trends from data   - The ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization.   - Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines   - Experience in preparing weekly/monthly quarterly and Yearly dashboards and presentations.
