- The Assistant Manager - FP&A will work closely with the Global Finance Team (located in Mumbai, India), to provide financial support with regards to various reporting, planning, and analysis activities.   - This person will be accountable for all weekly reporting, including revenue dashboards and weekly MIS. He or she will be also responsible for contributing to various ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly management reports.  Essential responsibilities :  Management Reporting and Analysis :  - Prepare all weekly management reports in an accurate and timely manner  - Weekly forecasting of sales and cash flow  - Prepare ad-hoc analyses across a variety of segments of the business in order to improve business performance  - Contribute to monthly expense management/review process  - Contribute to Monthly and Quarterly MIS as needed  Qualifications / Requirements :  - ACA / CPA / MBA Finance   - 0-2 years relevant work experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controller-ship, Accounting or Taxation practices   - Relevant work experience with MNCs  Desired Characteristics :  - Excellent analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change  - Clear thinking/problem solving, able to lead projects/process improvement within operations/finance function  - Able to break down complex issues into simpler steps and resolve them  - Fluent in written and verbal English communication  - Excellent presentation skills and strong executive presence  - Ability to prioritize & promote teamwork  - Willing to participate and engage in operations in addition to finance  - Excellent grasp over MS Excel and MS power point  - Should be flexible, willing to stretch and achieve over and above base expectations.  Salary Range: 7 - 9 LPA
