Job Description:  - Shoulder GOQii's co-marketing efforts to grow the brand's presence via collaboration with other brands.  - Participate in developing a comprehensive co-branding strategy.  - Identification of potential partners and designing desired co-branding initiatives.  - Strategies, conceptualizing and ideas for activations with partner brands.  - Responsible for execution of co- branded marketing programs.   - Execute branding/engagement activities at all partnerships events.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience with Tier 1 digital marketing agency or equivalent experience in a brand marketing team.  - Experience in brand marketing with particular focus on campaign strategy and campaign designing   - Detailed oriented and able to be multi-tasking.  - Multi-marketing experience is preferable (Advertising, Digital, PR, etc.).  - Ability to juggle multiple task and manage extended cross-functional teams of contributors.  - Willingness to experiment, collaborate, and pilot with astounding curiosity and metrics tracking.  - Can work independently, with guidance on only the most complex situations  - Effective communicator both written & verbally  - Be a strong team player and able to coordinate and lead other functions, departments and external stakeholders.  - Enabling co-marketing initiatives with partners across communication channels. Hence awareness about advertising channels & their benefits is required.  - Analyze seasonal campaigns, events and strategic directions by reviewing BSM results, sell through data, consumer and customer feedback.  YOU MUST BE A FITNESS ENTHUSIAST
