Looking for someone who is aware of the the e-commerce ecosystem and fulfilment.   We are an award winning Tech startup into logistics   Key Responsibilities Include  - Managing performance of all courier and 3PL partners in terms of speed of delivery, timely MIS and tracking.  - Managing a team 3-4 rockstar courier account managers  - Ensuring minimal TAT breach and high level engagement   - Driving and making a process to ensure best practices are followed leading to maximum productivity.  - Engaging cross-functionally to ensure smooth flow of information and communication across relevant teams to get the work done  - Dealing and on-boarding multiple logistic companies, negotiating rates and services to ensure maximum serviceability and best cost  - Data driven and analytically sound to proactively take measures for ensuring maximum performance.  Prior background in e-commerce logistics management and fulfilment in top ecommerce companies  IIT or IIT+ IIM/ NITIE/XLRI/FMS/SPJain  Ctc 15-20L (Negotiable) + ESOPs
