These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a cross-functional and global team, it's our job to help keep the lights on and the ads fresh.  The gTech Content Operations (gCO) team has the critical responsibility of protecting Google's users by ensuring compliance of content across various Google products. We strive to maintain a healthy ecosystem for the company's expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users across the globe by adhering to quality standards.  Your work will affect tools used in the Content Review space, which is the first touch point of Google to many who advertise with us. In this role, you will need to understand ads review tools and its users, design solutions, brainstorm and troubleshoot with Engineers/Product Managers and make the ads review process a seamless experience to all.  Responsibilities:  - Represent the global technical teams as an operations PM and collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps.  - Manage technical projects, working closely with PMs, Engineers, non-technical staff to design, develop and launch technical projects.  - Develop creative solutions while working with cross-functional teams on complex technical projects.  - Manage communication within the team and external to the team and escalate issues as necessary,  - Write Business and Product requirements documents and build tools/dashboards to move the business and product forward.  Minimum qualifications:  - BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.  - 3 years of relevant coding experience in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.  Preferred qualifications:  - 2 years of technical experience in Web technologies such as HTTP, XML, DNS, and TCP/IP.  - Experience working as a Technical Program Manager planning and managing technical projects.  - Expertise in using AdWords or other ad related products.  - Demonstrated ability to multi-task, comfortable in dealing with ambiguous situations and proactive at identifying and solving problems.  - Passion for products and understanding their form and functionality at a detailed level.  - Excellent communication skills with proven ability to convert business problems into technical specifications and drive engagement with the engineering teams.  Area:  The Google Technical Services team (known as gTech) provides technical expertise across all Google products to support our global Sales, Business Development and Partnerships teams. We fix any issues on behalf of customers and partners so that our sales teams can focus on what they do best. We collaborate closely with Google's engineering groups to create technical solutions that enable our sales organization to help our customers' businesses grow.
