Behind those systems are Googlers who advise and partner with our users and customers. As an Advertiser Solutions Consultant you will support clients using our DoubleClick products, including mobile and rich media. Your projects will include business pitches, product implementation and upgrades, and custom solutions. Customers will look to your expertise on product configuration and business processes, combining your deep understanding of DoubleClick products with industry best practices.  You are a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive for client-solutions and technology. You love solving client's online advertising problems. Additionally, you partner with sales to find business growth opportunities for Google. Your strong technical background and solid communication skills mean you confidently convey a product's value proposition to both non-technical and technical audiences. Your projects will include product-implementations and custom-solutions spanning multiple products including AdWords and YouTube.  Responsibilities:  - Work with Sales to identify business opportunities leveraging both display and performance solutions supported by gTech.  - Collect requirements, provide guidance and best practices to apply ad products and technologies to achieve advertisers' business goals.  - Design and implement complex and customized solutions with a client in their portfolio.  - Be responsible for end-to-end implementations and escalations handled by other Google teams for our named accounts.  - Manage the technical relationship with selected advertisers portfolios.  Minimum qualifications:  - BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.  - 4 years of experience working with large customer engagements (e.g. Project Management, Technical Sales, ad Operations etc.).  - Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.  Preferred qualifications:  - MS or MBA degree.  - Experience in the online advertising industry.  - Experience with programming and scripting.  - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  - Ability to translate complex product and technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.  Area:  The Google Technical Services team (known as gTech) provides technical expertise across all Google products to support our global Sales, Business Development and Partnerships teams. We fix any issues on behalf of customers and partners so that our sales teams can focus on what they do best. We collaborate closely with Google's engineering groups to create technical solutions that enable our sales organization to help our customers' businesses grow.
