Goodbox - Finance Manager - CA

Looking for a Finance Manager at a fast-growing startup.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Managing Accounts (We have a CA firm helping us. Need to interface with them)

- Financial Operations & Control

- Statutory compliance

- Reporting

- Contracts & Agreements with Financial Institutions, Merchants, etc.

- Payroll

- Market analysis

- Business impact - costing, pricing, monetization, etc.

- Managing the process of Audit and anything else that would fall in the realm of finance, accounts, legal & compliance.

Eligibility :

Education : CA

Work experience : Previous experience in Finance / Accounts

- Understanding of Corporate Finance, Taxation & Accounting Basics

Good to have :

- CA + CS qualification

- Having managed accounts and statutory compliance previously

- Worked in Finance units in E-commerce companies
