We are looking for a Marketing leader to develop, implement, track & optimize our digital marketing efforts across all digital marketing channels.  Duties & Responsibilities  - Build and manage the brand marketing function and be responsible to make Noise the most trusted brand in its space with highest name recall.  - Strategize, develop and execute multi -channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos.  - Drive scaling up our website traffic & conversions with a team managing brand & social, performance, SEO, and partnerships.  - Develop annual marketing plans & manage the cross functional implementation to drive demand.  - Monitor plan effectiveness to drive marketing ROI.  - New Product Launches:  - Manage ATL, BTL, onsite creative and campaign management activities to drive brand  - Strong understanding of brand building and its impact on business P&L  - Deep consumer orientation marketing, digital marketing, brand building, promotional agenda.  - Provide expertise in developing and adapting strategies for SEM/SEO, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, Influencer, Celebrity Management, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media.  - Identify and develop new features/functionality for website enhancements that improve conversion rate and user experience.  Desired Skills & Experience :  - Strong academic credentials: M.B.A / B.Tech. / B.Sc. / B.A. - Maths/Statistics, Quantitative background preferred.  - Extensive Exposure to Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Paid media, SEM-SEO, Personalization, Social Media, Email Marketing, marketing strategies, organic marketing, brand media etc.  - Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work-experience, Proven capabilities in driving large scale customer acquisition through digital marketing. Exposure to tech-environment - should have experience in setting-up online marketing for a product company.  - Excellent quantitative skills: Ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns for ROI independently.  - Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines.  - Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in Digital Marketing.  - Team player & Ownership: Should be a team-player with a strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.  - Should be able to thrive and contribute to a fast paced and exciting start-up culture
