The sales manager would oversee location and restaurant sign-ups. It would be the sales manager's duty to map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.  Roles and responsibilities :  - Perform market research to understand the addressable market. Based on the market input, understand the feasible future locations  - Develop and manage the sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sale numbers for the existing and new stores  - Solely responsible for the top line of the business  - Find newer avenues and markets to launch the Frshly stores and the technology to help with rapid expansion  - Oversee the identification and sign up of new store locations  - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & new stakeholders in Govt. utilities and private sector groups through cold calling/ meetings etc.  - Negotiating the terms of the offer, preparing all the necessary documents and close on the deal  Key skills :  - Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills  - Excellent convincing abilities  - Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines  - Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development  - Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders  - Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels  - Resilient, optimistic and open to change  - Self-starter, that is, able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
