In the Consumer Products space, the group has recently made acquisitions in South East Asia and Latin America – taking the international revenue size to 500 Million USD.  YOUR ROLE SUMMARY  The primary purpose of this role is to support strategic projects for the group companies of GILAC (Godrej Industries Limited and Associated Companies), both at the individual business level as well as at the group level.   YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS  1) Work on projects related to portfolio strategy, growth strategy, operational efficiency improvement and business process improvement for group companies and for the corporate center  2) Conduct competitive benchmarking and provide industry insights to support business decisions  3) Support long range planning and annual operating planning for the group companies and for the corporate center  4) Liaise with stakeholders across functions and levels to gain direction and alignment  5) Support corporate center performance management and review process, design and manage dashboards for senior management and be the single point of contact for data on corporate center costs, cost allocation rules etc.   QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE  Strong academic background with MBA from Tier I institutes only.   2-3 years of experience in working with top tier management consulting firms – BCG, McKinsey, Bain, ATKearney, Accenture  SKILLS REQUIRED  1.Excellent spoken and written communication   2.High proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )   3.Good conceptual abilities in the capability development area - ability to research and synthesize ideas and communicate them in effective manner   4.Project management ability and high quality execution focus   5.Ability to collaborate across levels and functions   Only candidates with above mentioned qualifications & work experience will be considered.
