This role is for the Corporate Strategy & Planning Team of Godrej Industries Ltd.  Your Role Summary:  - The primary purpose of this role is to be the performance manager for the corporate center enabling them to make sound business decisions.   - The role holder will be responsible for key activities related to various projects for the Corporate Strategy & Planning Team.   Your Role Specifications:  Build and manage the Corporate center performance dashboard:  - Understand the key metrics for corporate function’s performance measurement.   - Build a periodic dashboard capturing the key metrics for circulation to the senior leadership.   - Manage the execution of dashboard (automation, IT requirements and customization).  Support budgeting around Long Range Plans and Annual Operating Plans for corporate functions:  - Understand the cost heads of the corporate functions in detail.   - Conduct critical assessment of function wise detailed budget and highlight areas of concern.   - Be the interface between corporate functions and BU finance teams during the entire budgeting exercise.   Support the Corporate center review process:  - Set up and manage initiative wise cost tracking for corporate functions in SAP.   - Assist corporate functions with review presentations by providing data, aligning on representation.   Analyses of corporate center performance:  - Prepare analysis pack on corporate center financial performance as and when required. Be the single point of contact for data on corporate center costs, allocation rules, costs pre and post allocation etc.   Qualification: MBA/ CA preferable with 2-4 experience in financial analysis & accounting  Skills Required:  - Excellent spoken and written communication   - High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)   - Project management ability and high quality execution focus   - Ability to collaborate across levels and functions   - Strong influencing skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders especially at senior level
