This position is for the Corporate Technology Team at Godrej Industries Ltd.  Role summary:  - Managing IT procurement and handling administrative tasks related to procurement activities including company assets and licenses.  - Carry out the tasks related to procurement of IT products   - Vendors Evaluation for Softwares/ Hardwares procurement  - Proposal, Documentation, Contracting, Signing of NDA.  - Creating vendor orders as per IT norms   - Asset Management / License tracking   - Bills Processing and release of payments to vendors.  - Handling Vendor Queries  - License Compliance etc.  Qualification & Experience:  - Graduate (B.Sc. / B.Com). Additional qualification in IT would be preferred but not necessary.  - 5 - 8 years of related experience in IT procurement.  Skills Required:  - Excellent spoken and written communication   - High proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )   - Ability to negotiate with vendors.  - Project management ability and high quality execution focus   - Ability to collaborate across levels and functions   Only candidates with relevant experience in IT-Procurement must apply.
