You will join a team of some of the best and brightest who are working together to build a company and a brand that is making a difference in the world.  - You will be responsible for overall working capital management for India Cluster, management of accounts payable and controlling function for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka business.  Your role specifications :  - Working Capital management for India Cluster  - Support working capital tracking, analysis and reporting  - Drive working capital related initiatives like inventory reduction and better payable management  - Reduce and maintain working capital at optimal levels  - Leading accounts payables  - Oversee invoice booking, employee claim reimbursements and payment while ensuring efficiency metrics  - Responsible for overall Vendor reconciliation and ageing analysis  - Ensure process adherence and policy compliances  - Ensure zero audit observations in internal and statutory audits  - Sri Lanka & Bangladesh controlling  - Analyze monthly P&L, balance sheet and conduct trial balance scrutiny  - Provide accounting guidance and supporting local team on statutory audit  - Coordinate with HO based teams like legal / corporate finance / IT for any support required by local teams  - Act as Business Partner for SAARC Head by assisting him with ad hoc analysis as and when required  - Lead SAP Master data management team and driving initiatives for SAP Masters  Skills required :   - Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in SAP environment  - Good Communication and team management Skills  - Pro-active approach  - Good Communication Skills  - Pro-active approach  - Strong analytical skills
