Senior Manager - Asset Management  - EIS - Ensure complete documentation, coordinate internally with various teams to achieve contractual milestones to ensure EIS in on-time.  - Redelivery- Ensure Best possible practices on redelivery are implemented to reduce Cost. Work closely with Engineering and other departments during the Redelivery phase for All Aircraft.  - Contract Administration - Ensure all contracts are enforced and monitor compliance.  - Aid the company in the implementation of Aircraft PDP financing deal.  - Build various financial models on Adhoc basis.  - Build and maintain relationships with various external parties in discharging any of the above responsibilities.  - Build and maintain relationships with various Internal parties in discharging any of the above responsibilities.  - Ensure Compliance during the EIS and Contractual obligations are met during Redelivery at favourable terms for the company.  Competencies :   - Aircraft and Engine knowledge.  - Ability to foster team work.  - Industry Experience and Contacts.  - Techno Commercial.  - Ability to perform and enforce cost benefit analysis.  - Cost consciousness.  - Knowledge of Aircraft and basic Engineering functions.  Necessary : BE and MBA Finance.  Desirable : Aircraft Financing background.  Necessary : 6-7 Years of Airline Experience. MIS, Corporate Finance exposure MUST.  Desirable : Similar role in an Airline previously is desired.
