Job Purpose :-  Handles Talent Management initiatives comprising Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, Assessment Centres etc.  Key Accountabilities  1. Finalizes Manpower Planning requirements vis-- -vis Business Plans with Functional/ Divisional Heads.  2. Prepares Recruitment Plan for the entire organization on the basis of Manpower Budget (HR SPOC of concerned areas to assist the process).  3. Prepare JDs for the positions of Manager and above.  4. Identifies competent Recruitment Consultants to support Recruitment activities at Competitive cost.  5. Supports - Potential identification" process for growth of Internal employees through the - Go Lead- program.  6. Monitors and updates the HR Policies Manual and identify further areas of development.  7. Maintains and updates the organization charts, JD Manuals etc.  8. Designs and administers Employee Induction program. Prepare calendar of Employee Induction program each month. Responsible for conducting Induction program each month at HO.  9. Conducts Exit Interviews of Employees in Manager and above positions. Prepare summary report of Exits and give recommendations for corrective actions (quarterly basis).  10. Identifies areas of improvement for Line Managers / Supervisors, Design and deliver short tenure ( 01 day) training programs with the help of GM-HR.
