Primary Responsibility: Set up Delivery Assurance Framework : Ensure RRR's Right Product, Right Time, Right Quality - end to end  Goal : To be a part of Strategy Decision making of the company and work to set up an eCommerce Fulfillment centre.  Specialties: SCM, Process Mapping and Gap Analysis, Opearional Understanding & Handling Capabilities, Analytical Skills, Fast leaning Ability, Team work, Financial Perspective for the problem since its all about the Bottom Line  - Facility Proposal: Analysis of the feasibility of the new facilities for the Hub operation to optimise and set up operations.  - Develop and Deploy / Set up / Roll out Processes to streamline and improve the efficiency and reduce errors  - Capacity Utilisation Evaluation and Study of Load Imbalances between regions. It also requires suggesting the appropriate method to handle these imbalances.  - Optimisation of Depots and their location and Infrastructure Design.  - Continuously work on Process Mapping, Gap analysis and implementing the efficient processes. Also designing the methods to measure the performance of new processes i.e. KPA and KPI's  - Develop and deploy process related to vendor procurement to ensure minimum dock to stock time and minimal rejection, leading to minimal vendor return.  - Also set up and Deploy a process to handle the Quality Reject overall (Vendor Return, Customer Return, Internal Damages) in an efficient way.  - Supply chain performance measurement and driving process level Improvements  - Designing and deploying inbound product quality norms, incoming inspection process on Vendor Rating,  - Design and Implement FMEA - CAPA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis - Corrective and Preventive Action) model for warehouse, logistic and customer operation hence spreading it across supply chain spectrum.  Required Qualifications & Experience: Engineering degree with Masters or MBA (Tier 1 only)   Work Experience and Skills:   - Very strong Problem solving Skills preferably in Supply Chain planning Domain in functions like Demand Planning, Network planning, Operations Planning, S&Op etc. Ability to work with huge data sets and weave stories to influence and drive action with Stakeholders   - Ability to create a forward plan with accurate and logical assumptions, with minimum available information   - Ability to understand and double click P&Ls for different legs and sub parts of the business   - Ability to perform in an ambiguous environment with ever changing demands of Roles and responsibilities   - Experience in mapping the common goals across varying organizational objectives and gaining commitment to the common goal.   - Strong proactive communication and project management skills in a cross functional environment   - Strategic thinker and leadership abilities   - Strong analytical skills and process orientation   - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment   - Has the innate ability to inspire passion in others   - Ability to work with minimum hand holding in a fast paced environment   - Fundamental understanding of how Technology around Planning and Operations works
