Roles and Responsibilities:

- Facilitating and assisting the VIPs/VVIPs while embarking and disembarking.

- Should understand the protocol formalities for each category.

- Lounge Maintenance.

- Maintaining relations with Airlines / Customs/Immigration and other govt agencies.

- Ability to understand the BJPMC (Bureaucrat, Judiciary, Politician, Media, CIP) categories.

Specific Accountabilities:

- Seamless facilitation of VIP- s

- Building Brand image of Group

- Lounge Maintenance

Competencies Required:

- Basic knowledge of Indian Political and Bureaucratic setup.

- Customer facilitation and Knowledge on VIP- s

- Ability to identify VIP, VVIP, CIP, Bureaucrat, Judiciary and all important dignitaries of the local state/territory.

- Customer Relations

- Internal Process

- Ability to maintain good relations with the local electronic and print media heads & editors.

- Possess good professional relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication skills in Any of the South Indian Languages (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada) English / Hindi.
