- To handle end to end recruitment process
- To collaborate with hiring managers and/or line managers in developing job descriptions, ensuring an understanding of the job responsibilities and position requirements
- To develops, coordinates, and conducts new hire orientation program for all new hires and to provide the necessary knowledge of employee benefits, company policies and procedures.
- To partners with the training team to support the on-boarding process and integration of employees
- To support line leaders in improving skills and effectiveness and to create an environment where each employee can fully contribute.
- To finalize and ensure implementation of the learning needs of the business
- Instrumental in resolving operation issues of employees
- To drive performance management related process for the business
