Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution and development of the overall brand positioning and strategy for the organization.
- Drive brand development and lead integrated marketing initiatives across corporate branding,
- Track communication effectiveness across different media channels and ensure maximum visibility of the corporate brand.
- Use brand analytics to drive meaningful insights
- Design and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with the business objectives.
- Leverage Social Media Platforms for reaching out to various customer segments and conceiving customer communication plan to increase followership.
- Provide in-depth brand and competitive analysis for management decision making
- Oversee design agency relationships, budgets and work prioritization.
- Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.
- Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7 to 8 yrs of Marketing / Branding Experience
- MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 B-School
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling the corporate brand in a reputed eCommerce / internet based organization.
- Excellent Analytical skills, presentation skills and strategic mindset
