Job Title : General Manager - Training

Location : Mumbai

CTC : up to 35.00 Lacs Per Annum

Job Role: -

- Conceptualizing training programs at all levels in organization and aligning it with organizational development strategy and business requirements

- Training need analysis, Delivering training programs and behavioral interventions (soft skills) for top management and senior executives,

- Evaluating training programs and vendors and positioning program according to need

- Running assessment centers and conducting Psychometric Assessments

- Part of newly formed Corporate L&D, Leadership Academy

- Contribute to shape up newly formed Leadership Academy at Corporate L&D

- To develop and train Leadership Cadre by conceptualizing, designing, developing and delivering Leadership Training programs for Leader cadre (GM till VP), according to core competencies defined by the organisation.
