Our client is a very large, professionally managed, highly profitable MNC IT organization-World Leaders in their field. Our clients have a headcount exceeding 3000 and ramping up their headcount very aggressivelu. Our clients seek to recruit a dynamic & experienced GM-Talent Acquisition based at Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai & Pune to lead the IT Talent Acquisition initiatives at each of their centres. The positions report to the National Head-Talent Acquisition. The position will have a large team of reportees. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.

Job Profile

The incumbents will head / lead the Recruitment Teams at their respective locations and ensure hiring of targetted numbers of IT professionals (at at all management levels-VP to Software Engineers). The ideal candidates will be Graduates / Engineers or MBAs with 9-16 years overall experience in Talent Acquisition in IT vertical. Must have led a team and have handled volume lateral hirings at all levels including leadership (VP & above) levels.
