With respect to Company Law Board  - Compliances arising out of formation of new subsidiaries relating to matters under the Companies Act and other laws  - Analyzing specifically impact on the company and the Industry and making meaningful representations for the same with respect to company laws  - Implementation of ESOPS/RSUs and management of the same  - Advising company secretaries of various group companies on matters related to compliances - 269, factories act, intimation of mergers etc.  - Representation of company in various forums e.g. M&A rules, Taxation, Competition commission, SEBI, MCA, CBDT etc.  Candidate Profile:  - Candidate should have minimum 15 - 20 yrs experience in Company Secretarial Department in a manufacturing industry having subsidiaries.
