Team Size - 100
Location - Kolkata
Candidate should have experience into OTC division or with FMCG space who is also handling the Doctors Channels.
- Develop a marketing strategy to meet business growth objectives.
- Managing order execution.
- Customer relationship management.
- Developing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes; implementing marketing activities.
- Preparing Advertising Briefs & Creative Strategy and reviewing Cost Effectiveness.
- Business planning & review (market assessment/ competitor analysis/ budgeting etc).
- Successfully handling existing product and launching new product.
- Innovation product and packaging development.
- Market Research and Sales Planning & Promotions.
- Implementation of consumer and trade promotions.
- Sales development & team handling.
